The Battle Wound on Bended Knee

I picked Tayter up from class today and he had his first battle wound. He was trying to keep up with his little friends and nosed planted it climbing up to the slide. His teacher said that she would write up an accident report. I didn't see the purpose. He is trying to walk and is going to have many more. It just matches the little red scar from his face plant into his dump truck at home last week. It looked worse than it really was. It is nice to know that they are watchful and concerned for each of the kids though.

We were folding clothes in the living room and the kids were having a blast messing them up and playing. Kaycee kept taking things from Kayden and bossing him around, like big sisters do. She wouldn't listen so she got into trouble for not listening and taking things from Kayden and so she was crying. He couldn't stand that his big sister was crying so he tackled her and gave her BIG hugs and kisses.

Cry Baby

For those of you who ask, "Does he ever cry? Is he ever not smiling?" Well, here you have it.

Pictures are worth a thousand words. They really tell a story. What a faker.

I have to post these other ones of him faking it. I love the one where he is peaking to make sure I am watching his drama production.

My sweet little teething Bug

Top Teeth, Maybe

Poor Kayden has been working on his top teeth for months. They started moving before his bottom ones, so since 4 months old. They are much lower and peaking through the gums now. He looks miserable.

The top right side is really swollen. The corner of the left tooth has came throuhg so he grinds his teeth together. Ick!

Big Boy Potty

Kayden thinks that it is the most interestingly, funny event that has ever occurred when Kaycee goes potty. So, we put him on the potty. Coincidentally, he went potty.

Cat Tales

Kayden was so excited to see daddy this weekend. He just sat and stared at him for ever. It was adorable.

He had fun at Cat Tales and was amazed with all of the cats. He wasn't too impressed with the bears because they just laid in their houses. It was so much fun watching his facial expression of amazement.

My big helpers

I was trying to get clothes washed and everything cleaned and packed so we could go see Isaac this weekend but Kayden wanted to go to bed and wouldn't stop crying. I CAN NOT leave him alone because he gets into everything so I had him help. Kaycee thought it was funny and wanted to help too.

Big Boy

My little guy moved to the big boy class. As of Monday he is no longer in the Infant room he is now in the Waddler room. They said that they didn't have enough things to challenge him. He LOVES being in the big class but it wears him out. He is exhausted by the time noon comes around the corner. While they are eating lunch he cries to take a nap. He would rather sleep than eat. He is just too inquisitive and mobile. They were going to slowly transition him into the class but he took to it the first day. We drop off in the infant room and then he transitions into the Waddler room however yesterday he cried when I dropped him off in the infant room. He wanted the big kids. So today we dropped him off in the Waddler room and he grinned from ear to ear with excitement.

Yummy Peas!

Not daddies little guy/girl. Both of my kids did not get their love of vegetables from their dad. He would throw up if he saw this.

They LOVE peas. I think peas are their most favorite vegetable. Isaac on the other hand can not stand even the smell or look of peas. So, this is why we eat them when he is not around.
